At first I was excited for my child to start 6th grade but the further on in the year I’m disappointed in the communication and education material among staff. I think their is a lack of structure and equality with in students. I started looking for other options for schools because I think this school has not given the tools needed for my child.

The school has continued to go down in ratings, environment and test scores in the last five years, despite funding going significantly up. As other reviews & info on this page states, appearances are great but if you look deeper you will see (and experience) the issues. If your child fits the standard mold, comes from a family with an adequate support system and can pick up slack where the school fails, they will be good. Anyone else will suffer the effects of the school not being able to support their child.

My child is a sixth grader and has faced multiple bullies. rogers is a great school but the students are so disrespectful and rude. I would not recommend this school to new students.
