I went to Central from 9th-10th grade and it was the best experience a high school could give you. Everyone there is very nice and friendly, the teachers stay late for tutoring, they reply to emails immediately, and their main goal is to help the students. For these teachers they aren't working to pay the bills, they are working to help students. I have recently moved, and my new school is already no where near as helpful and put together as Central is.

Central High School is my current high school and I hope to never leave, honestly. I'm in 9th grade and I couldn't have hoped for a more hospitable and caring environment provided by teachers and upperclassmen for my beginning high school experience. It's a great school and I truly feel like all of my teachers care about me individually. Not only are the teachers friendly, but I've made so many new friends in my short time here, it's surprising and wonderful. Looking for a school in St. Joe? Go big blue!

I went here all four years and I loved it. For the fist two years i lived completely across town in walking distance to another high school. I loved the teachers and the way that everyone came together. When the school would get picked on by another for ex another school made shirts calling CHS bad so we made some back. I think the teachers are amazing and they truly cared about the students and their futures.
