We absolutely adore Musson! The teachers, staff, and parents collaborate closely to support the growth and development of our children. Musson provides valuable resources for success, including behavioral and emotional support for children who may struggle with impulse control, all while ensuring that families feel included and supported. We have a 4th grader who has been attending since Kindergarten.

This place has been great. Our child has a slight learning disability and we are REALLY impressed with the level of support they're delivering. The principal makes time for us whenever we need her. The teachers are super kind. The community is welcoming, etc. etc. Cannot say enough good things.

Both of my girls have been at Musson since Kindergarten and we've had a great experience. All the teachers and staff and great and the Principal is very involved with all the kids. The school promotes lots of activities that are value based and push students to interact across grade levels. My kids and others that I know are always excited about going to school and learning!

My kid had a terrible teacher there 5 th grade year. She singled out kids and , would display there grades to the class to embarrass them.My child had been having a hard time in math and had gotten a bad grade on a homework assignment and this teacher showed it to the class telling them that this was unacceptable. There was multiple other instances like this that’s just a example. All this caused my child to have extreme low self esteem. DON’T SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL!

It’s not amazing. My child struggles with homework as it’s a little much. They for e learning into the parents and push tests when the material has been vaguely reviewed in class. Focus less on parties and fun and teach and the kids wouldn’t be so stressed out

An incompetent principal with a TON of attitude. Our child hated going to this school.Although our child enjoyed a couple of the teachers, as for the rest they are the most arrogant, fake and mean staff. I believe the problem stems from the principle. Can't wait till we move our child out of her school

When moving from out of state our Internet searches and school reviews led us to Musson. Located in a affluent area in Rochester Hills, it touted higher scores, in class technology, community support and smaller classroom sizes. Although the parents and teachers have been very welcoming, the class sizes are anywhere from 28-32 with only one teacher and maybe a couple hours from an assistant. Kids do not have iPads, tablets or laptops in classrooms, they still work in a computer lab setting. I really expected more from a school with higher financial resources than most districts. It's a solid performing school but call and get details, the information on Internet is outdated.

Very committed teaching staff. Parent participation in the classroom is remarkable. The PTA does a great job of involving the students and parents in contributing to the overall education of the students. The principal is very dedicated to the development and achievements of all children.

My oldest daughter attended Musson for 3 years and in those 3 years she's struggled at keeping herself at grade level, the teachers cared more about classroom parties and events that didn't pertain at all to the educational assessments of the students, she was singled out by certain teachers, negatively criticized by them and discriminated against by many parents because of her foreign background.

My girls have been students at Musson for a few years, and I am very pleased with the school. The principal is amazing, and the teachers are devoted and caring. Bravo Musson!

Musson has not been the best experience for my boys. Very early in their academic careers they were labelled by their teachers and the principle as under performers. I spent a lot of money on tutoring over the summer to bring them up to their respective grade level. Why could the tutor do it and the school could not? They cannot seem to handle a child that does not fit into their mold.

Our oldest child just finished Kindergarten and we couldn't be more pleased with how welcoming the entire staff of the school was. The entire process was very smooth, and the Principal is personally involved with the children and the families. The special attention and extra help our son has gotten for reading and writing development has been outstanding supported by not only his kindergarten teacher, but the assistant teacher in the class, and the learning consultants that make him feel like getting extra help every day is a treat. Couldn't ask fo more.
