I was very vocal and involved with my kids teachers. Not only was they learning ONLY from school but home as well. Like it should be. But when a incident came up with one of my kids and other student I felt like it was handled very wrong. So I started not to trust the teacher anymore. As with my other child once I started asking questions about certain things my child would get in trouble/time out for no one could really ever give me a REAL reason. So kinda started feeling a certain type way about them as well. But they enjoyed school and made best friends can I not fully against the school but I am kinda glad they not going there this year

This school has alot of growing to do. Most parents are NOT supportive, many students do not go to school to learn. They are very disrespectful and uncooperative and there's little that teachers can do. A minimal amount of the students actually know what the want in life!!

They are doing an excellent job every time they are improving in all the areas of the school, academic performance and much more, but this school needs a lot of economic support, and this depends on the government, the teachers are excellent and do everything they can.

Only can a child receive a fair education when the " separate but equal" clause has truly gone away. Everetts is a prime example that it is alive and well. Not just Everetts but all schools in Halifax county. Everetts is a great school. The staff has created a positive environment for learning. High expectations have been set for all students. Unfortunately due to variables of race, social and economic factors, Everetts has and continues to be overlooked by not school administration but by "those that make the ultimate decisions" . Would I send my child to Everetts" YES!" Because he/she would receive the education they need to suceed. Hopefully some day those "good ole boy" views will die and all will be treated equally.

this school is terrible...there is no support from administration...my children come home and tell me about awful behaviors of other kids in their classrooms and nothing is done...make this a last resort!!!
