My experience at Heritage High School has not been that great. The teachers and the school aren't really that bad, it's the students! Some kids literally vape, smoke, drink, and even have sex at this school. The education is neat, but this school is NOT safe for the normal person. A lot of the students here are rude and impolite, the environment itself is not even that safe. The main problem is the school can't really help a lot of these problems. Overall, I would NOT recommend going to Heritage for the normal person. Parents, think twice before you send kids to either HHS or even HMS.

The teachers are laid back and chill, unlike HMS. It has a better environment, and administrators know how to make the school run smoothly.

When stating if I would recommend this school, it is not a matter of "yes" or "no". It is a "depends". It depends on the student. If they are very academic, or athletic, well then yes. This is a great school for that. Unfortunately it is not a school for those who are the "norm". There are some awesome teachers and staff there, but there are also the ones who only see trophies. I am not sure how to balance out the need of everyone, and I know it has been tried. So, I say to you parents, go to the events, meet the teachers and staff. Dont let a few turn you away, because the one who may "get" your child could be there. But then again, may not. Please dont take the word of a disgruntle parent to be your final decision. You know your child, not them. Another thing is, dont expect the school to "parent" your child. If they teach on respect, discipline, integrity, please support the school, which ever you choose to enroll your child in.

Heritage High School is the top school in all of Catoosa County, and it isn't just me saying so. Out of the three total high schools in Catoosa County, Heritage High scores at the very top in academic level, testing higher than most in the surrounding counties. The campus of Heritage High is top notch. It has state of the art Softball and Baseball fields, and a very nice, and well designed football stadium. Inside the school is clean, new, and high tech. The school is full to the brim of technology that will make a tech geek freak out. The outside look of the school makes a lasting impression and will leave you saying WOW! The teachers are top notch ,and have all sorts of higher education degrees under their belts. The administrators care ,and are deeply involved in the school and athletics. The sports side of Heritage are incredible with 2 state champion teams (Wrestling, and Cross Country) and one of the best softball programs in the state of Georgia! Overall Heritage High School is the best choice for your child in Catoosa County, no doubts about it.

Heritage High is the worst. You better have a pocket full of money for your child to go there. If you want your child to be treated fairly & not lose their self esteem than send them anywhere but Heritage. Not a fan of this school with the "favoritism" system they have going on. I know I'm not the only person to feel this way. Ringgold or Lakeview would be the better choice for equality.

If you don't have a lot of money than this isn't the school for your child. The children of parents with money come first for all things. I have talked with several other parents who have the same opinion. We can't get our children out of this school fast enough.

Great School with a great administration. The office staff however gives a horrible first impression of the school and their interaction with students and parents leaves a lot to be desired.

This school, when compared to others, is superb! A fantastic campus, an involved caring principal (Bradford), a large number of advance degreed teachers, and in general the teachers seem dedicated and professional although I'm certain there is an exception or 2 as opposed to the majority in some schools. In addition the community shows an above average amount of parental involvement.

Disrespectful teachers. My daughter loves this school and most teachers but, some of them and the helpers don't need to be their.
