    So many families transfer their children out of this school district. The community has no clue how it is still going. There are a handful of great teachers that are employed there currently and have had several in the past. The school just isn't the great small school it used to be.

    Ridgeway has been the perfect educational fit for our child. Then again, that's the point of Individually Guided Education, the curriculum basis for this school. Every child learns at a different pace and in different ways, and the teachers at Ridgeway are constantly striving to find the best fit for each child. The school also has very committed parents and a thriving PTSA. Families are made to feel as if they belong to a special community. I am grateful that my oldest child has had this opportunity and that my younger one yet to start will help keep us a part of this community for much longer.
