This school is most remarkable! My child attended this school many years ago and later St Gertrude's! She received a most incredible education at St Benedict's and later at St Grutrude's! In my observation the best any child could obtain from anywhere! It is with great sorrow that I see that both senior high schools are no longer operated in the same neighborhoods. Tragic, in my humble opinion as many of the current St Benedict's school children will not be able to afford the luxury of traveling all the way out to Goochland to attend St Gertrude's or St Benedictine's high schools! What can the public do to encourage and financially enable the Catholic Church to resume high school educations in the museum area for the poorer children of Richmond? Color me sad!

we love the school, the staff and teacher are very nive. i will recomment the scholl to my friend, my kids are very happy there, a good eviroment for children.

St Benedict's School is a Catholic K - 8 school offering a good sound Catholic education. Our son enjoys his studies at the school. If we had any complaints to make it would be that there are no playing fields at the school or access to a swimming pool, this would have made our son's experience more like his old school. We would also like to see his teachers stay for longer than a year or two, it seems every year he has completely new teachers which can lead to unsettled behaviour in classes.

My daughter attend this school from switching from Fox. She thoroughly enjoys the school. The camaraderie and school spirit is undeniable. She has been challenged in ways that you would expect when you are paying for your child's education and has become a better learner and now knows how to study. Great experience overall!
