When we first started at this school this year, I was told how wonderful it was. Well they were wrong. My child is yelled at, degraded, and treated like garbage daily from certain teachers. It disgusts me the way they treat children at this school. They teach with fear and it is wrong. They even get yelled at if they talk at lunch! I do NOT recommend this school for anyone and we will be leaving this school at the end of the school year and never come back. The principal is nice but could care less about how the children are treated but more concerned with being friends with the teachers.

I have lived in the community within about 2 miles of Red Oak for over 12 years. My son, who will be a senior, attended Red Oak from Kindergarten and my twin daughters, who will be 6th graders, have been at Red Oak since Pre-K. Red Oak's level of commitment to the overall educational development of students is equally matched with their drive to help boys and girls become social and communiyt-minded. The principal, teachers and support staff are knowledgeable, wise, kind, compassionate and completely invested in the lives of students...and they include parents in the education and development process. I will be so happy to see my youngest children grow up but sad to leave Red Oak.
