  I had a very challenging experience at KTEC, particularly in what was then called the Computer Networking course, which has since been renamed to Cybersecurity. The course often strayed from its advertised curriculum, spending considerable time on topics unrelated to computers or networking.A significant issue was the lack of emphasis on respectful behavior. The teacher sometimes discussed personal matters loudly, which invaded students’ privacy and led to uncomfortable situations. This approach seemed to encourage a lack of civility among classmates.I also noticed a discrepancy in how students were treated. Despite my efforts to do well, I felt that I was treated unfairly compared to disruptive students who seemed to receive better treatment. This created a discouraging atmosphere.Additionally, the school’s numerous regulations felt overly restrictive, impacting the overall educational experience. It would be beneficial if the school could reconsider its approach to regulations and focus more on fostering a positive learning environment.Furthermore, I observed that students with learning disabilities did not receive adequate support. The environment might be too rigid and aggressive for those needing additional assistance.While my experience was not positive, I believe every student’s experience can differ.
