This school does a great job of providing what students need to be successful in their future. They try to give students an advantage and I believe that they do a great job of that.

This is a great school, with excellent staff members who concern themselves with the wellbeing of everyone, their primary focus of course, being the pupils. The staff exceeds my expectations regarding their genuine passion for seeing each and every student succeed. The attitudes students have toward school and learning in general, determines their academic outcome, whether it is positive or negative, it is ultimately their choice. If students apply themselves, under the support system of staff, they will be an asset in todays' society.

RLHS is above average in academics and co-curriculars. Their are many choices for academic classes and the administration and staff work to help each student find the right blend whether all classes are taken on campus or if some are blended with on-line learning. I like that the staff knows each student by name, and that each child isn't a number. The science program has expanded in the past few years. It is a fact that not ever graduate goes on to a 4 year college and skilled workers are very sought after but with the ever evolving tech ed department the students learn and can decide what options are available beyond high school. One of the previous posters stated that everybody smokes or dips-I have 3 children that attend or attended RLHS, none of them smoked or chewed, neither did their close friends. Did others? Probably. But the school didn't supply the materials for bad behavior. Parental involvement, as always, is the best remedy for helping children with poor decisions.
