My children have had an incredible experience in this school and are sad to be flying up to the middle school. It is an an amazing community that is supportive and helps children develop their minds and abilities, leaving them prepared to enter AP and honors programs.

I couldn't be happier about this school. My daughter attends first grade and just received our first Progress Report as well as her scores compared to the Quincy benchmark. I've found the teachers to be excellent: smart, attentive, and assertive while the principal is friendly, involved, and engaged. The parents are very involved in volunteering and helping staff a parent-run library program and a Reading Counts in school reading comprehension program. The school receives lower GreatSchools rating because it's one of the few schools in Quincy that offers Special Ed programs. Students come from Squantum and North Quincy to attend this great little school in this nice little community of Squantum.

Our son started at Squantum Elementary School a year ago and we are very happy with the education he receives along with feeling he is in a good and save place. Teachers work closely with the parents and always have an ear for concerns and offer advice. The principal is there to great the kids and parents in the morning or wish them a good day in the afternoon. The PTO is very active to help support the school. This all helps to provide an excellent place for the kids to start taking their first steps to independence.
