All Families at Davis Elementary got invited to celebrate their Kindergartner's promotion except the Kindergartners in the special ed class. My daughter Adeline Pantoja. She was not Invited, therefore , inhibiting her ability to be a part of the celebration. She is non verbal. She has Autism. Would she have been forgotten if she could communicate, ask questions, remind, stand up for herself? Would she have been overlooked if she didn't have autism? Is there a lack of accountability for the staff because my daughter has these disabilites? What does that mean for my family? For our community? So far staff has shown no empathy or concern for the mistakes that have been made.Protect our children! DO BETTER REYNOLDS SCHOOL DISTRICT AND DAVIS ELEMENTARY!!

Excellent! We couldn’t be happier to be a part of Davis. Davis is an extraordinary place full of wonderful, caring, talented, and dedicated people. These are the most dedicated, caring, passionate educators I have ever met. Principal Furlong is amazing as is Asst. Principal Rojas. They are such a great group of people. For the families that have children in the school there is a definite sense of community. There are 21 different languages spoken by the children in the school this year, 21! That’s extraordinary. The school does so much to support the families and involve the community with the school. As a result we have lots of wonderful people that come and share their expertise by volunteering in the school, we have a great clothing closet that’s stocked by the wonderful people of Rockwood Church and Good Shepherd Church. Metropolitan Family Services has programs they provide in the school. There is a Headstart classroom located at Davis. There are many, many other wonderful things about Davis, too many to list. They do many fun things for the kids and families also. The school is a wonderful mix of people from different cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds and it is beautiful! All of which are appreciated and the school does a great job trying to educate the kids about the different cultures. I’m so proud to be a parent of 2 Davis Dragons and to have Davis as our neighborhood school!
