It's sucks they let bullying on busses and in class they don't help the adhd young kids that have learning problems or give the kid extra time

I thought it was going to be a back woods hick school and boy was i wrong. Building is old and could be better but the staff are great. Academics are pretty soft and the idea of "gifted and honors" courses is ridiculously under staffed. Special education part is great but if your kid is gifted, he's going to be held back to the pace of the rest of the class. That's just terrible. Middle school and high school only get worse about that.

My daughter, Shelby is a first grader at Poplarville Elementary School. She loves to learn and is looking forward to next year.
