This school is so awful my child has been saying that she needs to use the restroom they never open the bathrooms and she has been coming home from school throwing up and she claims it's the food she also has said they don't even give enough time to take a break from sitting in class and working my also have said some of her teachers doesn't even do anything and just around using their phone's and I heard they don't have a teacher for a classroom.

The bathrooms are locked and the kids are only allowed to use the bathroom during the changing of classes as told to me by a teacher. The excuse is that the kids are unruly and mess up the restroom but why punish every student for one grade or a few students who are misbehaving? Bathrooms should be accessible to all, any time of the day, not just when switching classes. They call me almost everyday to report my child's absence and I call right away to confirm she is in school. Are the teachers not paying attention to who is in the classroom? If not, this is the reason that the bathrooms are the way they are because no one is monitoring the students. I have to call 3 or 4 times to get someone on the phone, it just goes to voicemail and the message says that the school is currently closed. They have lost my child 3 times and this is concerning. I can't wait to pull my child out of this school. Just because this school is located in an area where most of the families are low-income does not mean that they should treat their education as such. My child stated today that she feels like she is in a prison! My child hates this school and dreads going every day!

I like this school because the teacher have the passion to work with their students.. I never see nothing WRONG!!! I see families that have their children going to that school since they where in kinder garden!!!... Me too and I live out of the school are travel every day more than 6 miles just to take my girl to Wilson and I have school like a block from my house but I like Wilson Elementary!!
