This school doesn’t handle bullying effectively. They punish the student getting bullied, the principal and the front office people do nothing about bullying because in my opinion they’re lazy and they only punish students they don’t like or perhaps students who’s parents don’t donate to the school. The front office people are rude and nonverbal.

My family has a long history with Freedom Academy. We had a child graduate and had a great experience, but it was years ago under a different administration. We found recently with current leadership that they do not hold to the values and policies they promote, especially on the issue of bullying and harassment. Our experience where our son was being bullied and harassed was to receive empty reassuring talk and no meaningful action or change. We complained many times about specific incidents and was reassured every time they were taking it seriously and were taking appropriate steps. We gave the school leadership the benefit of the doubt many times that they were taking action, even though they wouldn't share any details on exactly what was being done. The problem continued to the point where we lost trust in the administration and felt the need to get a lawyer involved and at that point the posture of the administration changed. We felt they now considered our son a liability to the school and treated him as a threat. The conclusion that I came to is that the administration pays lip service to supporting a healthy learning environment but isn't competent to actually ensuring the healthy culture they promote is instilled and most importantly enforced with all students. My observations were they were unwilling to hold students who chronically violated the schools behavior policies accountable, likely because they needed those students in school to receive funding and it was too much work for them to enforce policy. I witnessed the principal stating "I would never expel a student."

The staff and support are great. As a substitute I had everything I needed to help learners continue their lessons.

Freedom Academy has proven time and again to be a positive friendly and nurturing environment for all of its students , staff and their families. The community at Freedom is family oriented. The class sizes are small which in turn helps teachers to focus more on students individual learning styles. It's also helpful in making sure not one student is overlooked. Freedom Academy provides challenges to excelling students as well as patience and understanding to those who need more assistance. We are extremely happy with the success of our students and encourage families who are looking for a well balanced and academically positive school experience to visit Freedom Academy to themselves.

My experience with Freedom Academy teachers and administration has been overwhelmingly positive. When I have questions, the teachers are accessible and communicate openly about my son's progress. I feel they are as vested in his success as I am.

A 10 out of 10. This school changed our lives in the most positive way. I am confident my daughter will transition into high school and college with no problem.

This is our 7th year at Freedom Academy and all 3 of our children now attend. What we have always loved about Freedom is the community. The school has a family feel where our children thrive in learning, building relationships and loving school!

Ineffective, inept and vengeful teachers are protected by the administration and allowed to pick on certain children and good teachers are let go. Stick with your local public school. The PV District has good elementary schools No need to waste your time with this one.

The experience is terrible! The principle is even more terrible and the newly graduated teachers are very inexperienced with no patience and have no teaching skills!s I with drew my 3 children from the school and I'm so happy dad that I did so!!! Will not recommend anyone to send their child(ren) to this school and anybody that's reading this that has their children in the school I highly recommend that you take them out!!!!! If I was able to give a 1/2 a star rating that would be too much for this school!

I've been a staff member at Freedom Academy for the last 9 years and I'm looking forward to starting my 10th year! My nephew attended Freedom Academy, before he moved, and he absolutely loved the school! Not only are we focused on teaching the children and making sure they succeed, we cherish them too. This is definitely one of the best schools to attend!

I have had all three of my kids at Freedom Academy for 4 years now. I am so glad that I found a school that both my kids and I love.

I have been associated with Freedom Academy as both a parent and an employee. I have found Freedom Academy to be a fabulous school that has a strong desire to really get to the heart of the child. We emphasize not only academics but also strong character development. You will not find another school that balances both the love of learning along with the love of the child. Truly one of the best schools around!

We could not be happier with the transition. This is our second year at Freedom Academy and are pleased with how well our children a progressing, how much they love school, and the overall fit for our family. The kids have loved their teachers and the experience. I wish we had enrolled our kids sooner.

Both my sons had issues at their previous school with behavior. Them now being at Freedom Academy, their issues have pretty much disappeared. The staff is amazing, they really care for my kids. They are fair and only want them to grow and learn. They are consistent and thrive on teaching kids academically as well as helping them develop their character.

Freedom Academy is a fabulous school and I consider myself lucky to have found it. The staff rarely turns over and everyone from the teachers to the office staff and administration are amazing! Freedom is like family and they really watch out for your child. I love the fact it’s a smaller school and everyone knows each other. You won’t find that in a public school where there are so many students that your child is a number and not a person. Freedom Academy is the best kept secret in town!

My experience as a parent of a child that attended for several years was poor. The address I istration only cares about the money they are receiving and not about education. We transferred my child before this year started and she is so far behind the public schools in the PV district. My child has spent the past 3 months just trying to get caught up with her class. Before you enroll your child at this school, do your research.
