    Perry High School was a great place for me to build character and be the man I am today.

    This is an excellent school. Perry has a partnership with Des Moines Area Community College, affording the students the opportunity to earn college credits while still in high school for free. Perry has study time built into each students schedule each day. The advisor in this study time is a teacher, that is available for tutoring or questions that a student may have. Perry also has a large pool of student tutors available. Perry has an exceptional honors program. Perry also has an excellent special needs program. The school also has all the extra-curriculars, with many of the non sports activities advancing to the state level in competition.

    I do not thin'k the school is very well run. The food is horrible, fruits do not even taste well they are frozen and with no taste. Teacher's are not very interested in the students. U could say much but let's make it short, it's not a good school maybe it looks pretty and nice but staff and how things are handled is poorly.
