My children have attended a few schools and by far this is a bad school. No teacher communication. Bullying is a big issue at this school.

My kids have went to a few different schools because of moving in the military But this school is the worst one by a long shot. The lack of communication is a very serious issue. Not just with the teachers to students but a long with teachers to parents. Some of the teachers seem pretty good. But some of the teachers should absolutely not be teachers. I cant believe how some of these teachers talk to students when they think no one is listening. Don't send you kids here if you want them to be treated with kindness and compassion and understanding. Some of the teachers are not certified to teach. And when the kids did a survey to tell how they feel at school they hold an assembly and talk negatively to the students about pembrokes poor performance on said survey like it's the kids fault for being honest. I am moving just to get out of this school district. I cant send my kids at to this school anore. It's bad for their for their educational and emotional growth.

They have a very poor diet at this school. It is mostly junk foods, prepackaged and processed foods. It teaches bad eating habits from a young age. There is very little communication. They expect you to know things without them telling you. This use to be a great school.

I'm posting my review because my experience differs greatly from someone else on here. And to set the record straight on a few things....In art class, they do create many things however most of it goes onto the walls at the school, to show off what the kids have done. Children ARE permitted to talk, just like where I went to school, you couldn't talk if it got too loud, and for the first 10 minutes there is no talking so the children will eat. I have 2 children at school here, my 3rd will be going next year and we are all very happy with it. One of my children is also in the gifted program. It's got high ranking and overall good reviews, I would recommened living in this district for sure.
