    We sent four children to GSLS. All did absolutely wonderful throughout their schools years, all were on the honor rolls in Junior High, High School and College. 3 work in the Medical field, One is a CRNA, one is an NICU nurse, and one is a Anesthetist Assistant, the other is an Accountant with the State of Illinois.

    We sent our son here for pre-k, since it was the only all day pre-k in the area. Our son ended up having special needs, and this school completely and totally dropped the ball on recognizing or dealing with his issues. I'd go so far as to say there was some trauma for him and us after going here for a scant three months. When I asked the principal (after three months of issues and before we simply pulled him out) if he could recommend ANY community resources to help with our issues, he literally shrugged his shoulders. And the teachers were the worst. Their idea of dealing with our child was to physically separate him from the rest of the class. After that, he had problems feeling like he belonged with the other kids in every class since.I wish we'd never placed our child here. Completely regret it.
