Unfortunately lately the school is more focused on giving its administration raises instead of providing for better education. Standardized test scores have decreased along with GPA and ACT scores. If you want your child to be accepted into a top college and qualify for a decent scholarships I would look at a different district.

Both of my children attended Peck Elementary School. The attention they received was excellent!! Opportunites were abundant along with academic support. Teachers were very responsive to individual needs. As a result both have done very well

Peck school has really changed over the last few years. The majority of elementary teachers are very bitter and teach for the schedule, not for the students! With the exception of Mrs. Hendershot and Mrs. Galligan, who appear to be the only tenured teachers that truley care about the children! The teachers run the PTO, with no input from parents. The lunch is way overcooked and differs from the menu. I hope the upcoming changes will be good for the school, but that seems impossible with pinkslipping 5 of the best teachers! I hope my children's experience at Peck elementary improves, or we will be switching schools!

I agree this school has gone completely backwards and it is scary!!! Our school board is more worried about pleasing our superintendent than the taxpayers. The decisions being made behind public knowledge is pathethic and a disgrace. I hope they open their eyes before everyone pulls their kids out of this school. Virtual learning compared to a live teacher just to save some money is a slap in the face. When's the last time you paid attention to a monitor to learn? Let's support our community and our teachers!

This school has gone down hill significantly in the past 2-3 years. If the staff was as interested in the students as it is in gossiping it would be excellent! The cliques are among the staff members more than the students anymore.
