I m a parent of a child that attendance The Summit and I can already the Improvement in my child grades the Teacher s there actually care s about the Student. Dobie is the worse school and staff that I ve ever been to. Not only don t they care about my child but, they have Terrible lack of communication and that s the most important thing in school is communication. No ONE EVER KNOW S ANYTHING UNTIL IT S BEEN BROUGHT UP! Horrible School!!!!!!!!

Got sent there for pulling a fire alarm and honestly the teachers actually care. They're strict on dress code and have zero tolerance for misbehavior which is what a school should really do unlike Dobie.

The staff and administrators at this school are wonderful. Yes, they are strict with procedures, dress codes, etc., but they genuinely care about the students and their families. The difference between the attitudes of the staff and administrators at this school in comparison to Dobie High School is night and day. Dobie is HORRIBLE in every aspect. Even a teacher wrote a review indicating what I've said all along... the teachers have a "teachers vs. students" mentality. At Dobie there is no respect for students or parents. They are there to collect a paycheck and it shows! Parents are actually working hard to get their children enrolled in The Summit so they don't have to go to Dobie. How sad is that?
