    Very bad. Scheduling is very bad and some teachers do very little to help prepare students for state tests

    I've been in palmer schools since kindergarten and I do believe it's the worst school in the district. The administration has no idea what they're doing, the rules are absolutely ridiculous and the male/athletics/popular students are favored. I've been in a class where a teacher will stop a whole lesson just to ask a student "if she can borrow her dress". Worst school compared to peers' schools from other towns.

    As a former student, now a junior in college, I have to say this school has prepared me for college. I was one of the only people who knew how to organize notes and write a research paper in my first college English class. This skill is major for students going into college and the teachers at Palmer High do an excellent job teaching towards the future. The administration is not the greatest, the rules can be annoying and ridiculous, but I do have to say that I survived and am now doing very well in college, which is ultimately what matters after high school.
