Our experience at this school has been not so favorable. Staff and administration have some of the worst attitudes towards parents. Actually horrible attitudes in general. They are only nice to those with money or those that kiss their butt. No one listens to your concerns for your child. Issues are not addressed. They simply do not care. You have teachers who yell and scream at children. Who taunt them, make fun of them failing the grade and having to repeat it next year. This teacher screams in the children's face. The bully's run rampant because the staff yet again does nothing because of whose child it is doing the bullying. When you do speak on your issues it's ALWAYS met with, I don't know, or I didn't know anything about it. Did you report it? Well when you do report it nothing is done. This district does not handle criticism very well, always defensive.

The Wheatley campus got moved to Palestine campus this year. The students do not have technology in their room now that they have been moved to Palestine, the classroom teachers just have whiteboards to teach off of. Even thou there is technology available it has not been installed. This school should install the technology with your help I believe that it would be possible. The teachers do not complain they do with what they got. The school is a small rural school in the delta and they have trouble retaining teachers with the grant they would be able to get the necessary materials and technology need to teach our children.

This is the best school around this area. My children love it and I do to.
