My child attended Wolf Hill School where he got a great education and currently attends Maple Place. I am very happy with the school district. The majority of the teachers are very professional, engaging the children, challenging them but still making school an enjoyable experience. The curriculum is challenging. I have been very impressed with the science program at Maple Place. This year the Home Economics class was offered again after it had been eliminated for some time. This class focused on sewing and cooking and was a very valuable experience for the children. I am glad the board and administration in Oceanport realize the importance of well rounded students. The Spanish curriculum is good, unfortunately, the schedule does not allow the children to have Spanish class enough to really learn the language. This is a problem many schools have with foreign language programs. I commend the staff, teachers, board and administration in Oceanport Schools.
