Thank you! Thank you! My daughter graduated from The Lutheran Academy this past year. She was blessed to have attended this great school for Kindergarten - 8th Grade. She had a great educational experience in both the elementary and middle school departments of this small nurturing Christian school. The school has wonderfully dedicated teachers that go the extra mile to help each child succeed. The hight academic standards throughout her years at TLA made my daughter's entrance into all high school honors classes an easy transition. Not only were all the basic classes taught at high level but the additional enrichment classes in foreign language, music, art made for a well rounded experience. I could go on about the many positives this fantastic school offers, but let me end by saying that my daughter's easy transition into a large public high school setting, shows how TLA equipped her with not only academics skills but with a value system and life skills to meet each change that lays ahead of her in life!

My son began kindergarten here last and it has been nothing less than a fantastic experience for both of us! The care and dedication of the teachers is apparent in everything they do. The staff and administration are welcoming and willing to help in any way possible. I love the small, close-knit feel of this school. Everyone knows everyone and they care for each other like family. My son has continued to excel and surprises me everyday with the things he's learned. His understanding of Christian principles is evident in his choices and behavior, and the academic offerings are above and beyond what one would expect from a private school, let alone a public one. I would recommend this school to everyone.

My child has been a student for three years. I love the academic and theological programs. Unlike many parochial schools, the children are not bible memorizing drones. There is an equal balance between academics, biblical principles, and electives. The move to Northampton was a trek since our family is in Allentown, but well worth it! The move has exposed my child to so many things that he would not have had the luxury of experienced in the city. He is appropriately challenged, supported and encouraged. The only down note I have about the school is that there could be better communication between the parents and administration. So many things change long before families are advised. Parents were not alerted to the location change, name change, or changes in administration without even knowing any of the changes were a possibility. I would nonetheless highly recommend this school to ANYONE. If you can find time in your schedule to travel to the school, your child should go here.

We were at The Lutheran Academy for 3 years, both of my girls had a truly wonderful experience there. Their Kindergarten teacher is outstanding in her field. The amount they learned and how much they enjoyed it was very pleasing to us! We would still be there if the school had not moved out of the Allentown area. If their new location works for you then I would highly recommend this school.

We moved to Allentown in the fall of 2004. I was blessed to find the Lutheran Academy for my children. My son started in second grade and a year later I enrolled my daughter in the kindergarten class of Mrs. Fister. What an amazing year! Both of my children grew academically and spiritually being guided by amazing educators there. Unfortunately we were unable to stay in the area but my daughter still has fond memories of the time she spent in kindergarten. She had many exceptional opportunities there that she would not have gotten in a larger public school classroom. Mrs. Fister is a very dedicated teacher who gives a lot of her time to be sure that her children get the very best learning opportunities and immediately takes action when problems seem to arise. My daughter still talks about her because she touched her life and made her feel special and loved. Everyone should have a teacher like that!

My daughter started the preschool this year. She went from not wanting to go to day care to begging to leave in the morning. I love that the school is academically challenging and the teachers actually care for the students. Looking forward to the next 9 years!
