I’m a kid myself, but I can just tell you how bad this school was for me. The racism was terrible. I was in 6th grade and all of these kids kept saying the n slur, mocking asians & different cultures. None of the teachers did anything about it even though I told them. Most of the playground equipment was broken, there was literally a hair in my friends food that they payed for… I had to go to the bathroom one day and I almost passed out from how strong the smell was because the janitor just cleaned in there. I don’t even know what they used to clean the bathroom. The only reason why im giving this 3 stars is because of the education system. I learned a lot from this school, the teachers weren't that nice though. The people there are the main problem, so if you’re going in to 7th grade watch out because kids from my class will be there. Not to mention, the dress code is really bad. The guys have to cut their hair a certain way, bra straps cant be showing at ALL, no ripped jeans, no hats or sunglasses, and u have to wear a long shirt if you’re wearing leggings plus you cant wear shorts above your fingertips. The school lunch looked really bad, I never tried it though since my mom didn’t really have the money for it. And sometimes, the teachers didn’t even do the work we just played games. Don’t get me wrong I like to play with my friends but not when we’re supposed to be learning stuff. That’s pretty much it.

Pee Dee Academy is a small school with a huge heart. The teachers and administration love their kids and teach them skills, manners and respect. This is a great school.
