My daughter has been a student at Bear since Kindergarten, and this is her 5th grade year. Our experience has been great since day one. The faculty/staff maintained great communication and always kept parents informed and involved. The curriculum and activities for students was also great and kept the students excited about learning. We're going to miss the structure and family-like atmosphere that we've experienced and are grateful to have had it.

My son has attended Bear since kindergarten, this is his last month there and off to middle school he goes. It is so bittersweet because this was the first & only school he's ever attended. He has learned so much there and the staff is wonderful. We will miss this place. :(

Our daughter has been at Bear since Kindergarten and is now in 2nd grade. First of all, the Principal does an excellent job running a tight ship. Kudos to her! Bear is very structured and efficient. The teachers are amazing and do a great job at teaching the students. Bear is fun and challenging. Bear will not tolerate any type of misbehavior, especially since it has a waiting list full of students eager to get accepted. We are very blessed to be a part of the Bear Family!

I have three children currently attending Bear. The teachers really care and try hard to have children understand the concepts that are being taught.

My daughter hasn't actually started Bear yet, but I've been sorely disappointed so far. The kindergarten teachers were extremely condescending and my daughter's teacher interrupted me when I started to ask a question and told me to my face to just read the handbook. Also when I read the handbook, it said that kindergartners have to take naps and need nap mats, which I bought and wrote my daughter's name on, as per the handbook. A few days later I got an email saying to disregard that part of the handbook. No apology or anything. I hope things get better because I am now really worried about my daughter starting school.

Our son is a 5th grader at Bear and has attended since kindergarten. Every teacher and administrator - without exception - has been attentive, engaged and concerned about the welfare and potential of our child and every child at Bear. They provide a stimulating and fun environment for learning as well as a wholesome throwback atmosphere to what grammar school once was. What a blessing it's been to our family!

I have to say that we have been apart of the Bear family since my daughter was in kindergarten. She is now in the third grade and I pray when she enters middle school that it will be under the same circumstance that we are now.
