This elementry school is a ESL school. The students who attend here are largely Hispanic, which is not an issue, but when you have a child who is dyslexic - and surrounded by non-English speaking classmates trying to learn and read in their own language it made it challenging. Add in that the state of WA is actively helping children hide information from the parents and being taught that they don’t have to be a boy if they are a boy or a girl if they are a girl when the child isn’t even 8 years old, we made the decision to go private. Out child is getting help with her learning challenges and we know what is being taught in the class room.

10 out of 10.This school went above and beyond for my child. There were a few rough years with admin turn over and remodeling, but the last two years have been an amazing learning time for my kid. People need to look at a childs learning growth and not test scores.

This definitely was not a good school for my oldest, however the preschool program has done wonders for my middle child. I would like to see more support in the Speech department and teaching ASL to students with speech issues.

Awful. I pulled my child from this school half way thru his kindegarden year as did 5 other kindegarden parents. That should tell you enough right there.

Great School with many wonderful teachers who care about their students and know everyone's name and family. An awesome dual-language program and staff who keep things cohesive. The buildings are a bit outtdated in some areas but overrall the facilities and amenities are there.

this school is the worst school my kids have been to. The school staff and principle promotes bullying and she does partiality. The entire school or staff does not pay close attention to their students. They don't take any action for any thing that is wrong. After an incident that happened i was forced to move my child to Chain Lake, and so were other parents that were disappointed with the school. I would never recommend this school, if i could I would Give this school -stars. Many families that we know are sending their kid's to another school because of the staff''s partiality.

I love this school so much, that when it's now in overflow for kindergarten, it is bringing me to tears to transfer both of my girls elsewhere. They are also devastated, as we've come to love the teachers and other parents involved like our family is. The principal is amazing, teachers are incredible (we couldn't have asked for a better kindergarten teacher last year - her dog in classroom made for such a unique and comforting environment). I'd almost rather homeschool than have my girls attend any other school in the district.
