My son had a terrible experience at this school. It was so bad in fact that we pulled him out to home school after one year. We found this school cared more about fundraising than their students. Their method to education is outdated. In kindergarten I watched my son's teacher scream in his face that he wasn't trying hard enough-to the point that he started crying. My son would wiggle in line because he was 5 years old and that is age appropriate, they would discipline him by forcing him to sit out of P.E! There was no guarantee that they would have recess and it was definitely not a priority. We liked some of the staff but overall we were completely unimpressed with the level of education. My son's teacher could care less about the progress he made or if he even mastered the work. My son hated going to school and would beg to not go. When my son attended there was very little parent involvement or opportunities to join the kids in the classroom or school. I'm so thankful we pulled him out to home school, moved out of state and now have him in an excellent school. It's the complete opposite of Taylor-White. The students are seen as individuals, specific issues are promptly addressed, physical exercise is a huge focus and if kids have learning differences the teachers will modify things to accommodate them with or without an IEP.

My son has attended this school for 2 years, & it has been better with the smaller classroom sizes compared to the private school I took him out of. It's a private school education at public school cost.

Special Education teachers are well trained and sensitive to the needs of parents and children with special needs . The principal encourages strong teacher / parent relationships and believes all students should receive equal educational opportunities .

School staff are nice kindly, my daughter love her teacher very much. I received weekly update of school actions from her teacher.

This is the 2nd year that Taylor-White has been open and we have loved every day! It is small, incredible teachers (all of them) and a staff that care about the children. We are blessed to be a part of the TW community.
