I went here for a few grades and the school doesn’t care about what happens to you, I was bullied and when I told a teacher they just told me to forget it. They act as if you getting harassed doesn’t happen and the playground is sketchy.

My daughters Kindergarten Teacher Ms.Krause rocks! She really gave my daughter an amazing kindergarten experience. We hope her 1st grade teacher will be just as great! :)

As a previous reviewer noted, there are indeed many low-income families who send their children to Lowell, and it is generally not considered to be the best neighborhood. Despite what that reviewer might think, it's still important to provide a comparable education to those kids and to that neighborhood. The faculty at Lowell school does just that. Despite income and other limitations, kids at Lowell School enjoy individualized, high-quality education. Thanks for not transferring to Sussex, Lowell teachers!

This school is very run down and is not in the best neighborhood. I think many of the families of children who attend are low income and it shows. The school is in need of some major updating. I think they are lacking on security so for that reason I would not recommend it. There is also a lot of bullying that goes on that the school does nothing about, probably due to lack of funds.

Lowell school I think is one of the worst schools in Missoula. They have the worst security for the school and they could care less if there is a bunch of bums hanging on the play ground. This school needs some serious help!!
