I cant recommend this center enough. The staff takes a novel approach towards identifying the individual ways a child will learn. The leadership of the new center director is obvious. How she is treating her employees and the way she interacts with the parents should be the model for all other center directors. We enrolled awhile ago and were able to see the shift in the attitude when Alycia took over. We highly recommend this center to take care of your little ones.

I would rate this school a 2-3 out of 10. It is an old building that has an odd smell, the AC continiously is not working is all rooms so children and teachers routines are ruined. There has been a turn over in management and they currently cant find their groove and it effecting the over moral of the care for the children and school as a whole

So far, I am pleased with Kindercare Mission Viejo. My daughter is 18 mo and just started there after being at home since birth. She is starting to feed herself, wash her hands and say please and thank you a lot more. They have a great feedback form that tells me everything she did that day and so far I like her teachers a lot - esp Miss Amy. My only complaint is that its a little $ and sometimes the classroom seems a little full but they are always good about the 4:1 ratio.

I enrolled my son in the MV Kindercare Preschool program because my neighbor recommended. Unfortunately it was not a satisfactory experience for us. This location has one of the highest staff turn-over. In the 8 months that my son was there, he has had 4 teachers. They do not allow outside food so my son had to eat from their menu. What is served does not always match what is listed on the menu. They allow the teacher's children to be enrolled in the same class so there were obvious favoritism. I withdraw my son and would not recommend this location. My son is now enrolled in the Kindergarten Jumpstart program at Montessori on the Lake. And He is very happy there and I am very satisfied with the school that we are planning to keep him there for Kindergarten and First grade.
