I graduated from continental academy in 2009 while the school was accredited by sacs casi and cita. I've been accepted at Ashworth College, U.S. Career Institute, Penn Foster College and Washington technical institute over the years. I'm now applying at Columbia Southern University. Continental Academy used to have a great program, especially since I'm learning disabled. However, they withdrew from proper accreditation in 2010 for I'm assuming financial reasons as accreditation is expensive. I don't know why they pay huge sums of money to be accredited by nalsas which is not recognized by the department of education. If you need a recognized diploma, I recommend penn foster, James madison high school, acellus academy, and u.s. career institute high school as these are all accredited and most affordable not to mention go at your own pace. Stay away from unaccredited schools at any level.

This place lost there accreditation in 2009 and the diploma is no longer accepted by employers or colleges, yet they still are practicing business as if they are an official school.

I finally found an online program that my wife could finish. An online program that we could afford. And most important, an online school which told you up front what they are all about. Not bad!

I’m a single father with 2 kids. I don’t have the time to attend classes at night. Continental Academy’s online PACE program was very convenient for me. Plus it was something I could finish. With the other attendance programs I would never finish. Adults need options and CA was a great option for me.

The GED wasted one year of my life between getting to the GED prep Classes and taking the four part GED test. Like everybody, I could not pass the GED test. I just wanted a job. I could not get the job because I did not have proof of high school completion. Now I am a high school graduate! Thank you soooo much CA!!!

I found Continental Academy to be honest and helpful. They were the only online high school to tell you that their program is not for college. My son had no intention of going to college. He just needed the diploma for a job however, I did appreciate that they were honest with me. Their online program is convenient and affordable.

After graduating from Continental Academy, I applied at UPS. In my life, never has anyone given me the support that Continental Academy gave me. I want to thank the people of Continental Academy for their support and care. They really cared about me!

I have had the worst experience with the admissions department. I asked to get the facilities' manager contact info (Ii had a specific question about the school's lighting that only they could answer) and an admissions officer asked me if I was on drugs and to please hang up the phone.

Not Bad! Go online and see if any school tell it to you the way Continental tell it to you. Not bad! I enjoyed the course and the people are helpful. Again, not bad! Gloria Grandmother of 6

My son is an amateur tennis player who has always been homeschooled. He completed Continental Academy's PACE program and he enjoyed the fact that he had access to his online program 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Our family found their program to be very convenient and very affordable. Soon my son will become a pro tennis player. We are so proud of him.

I am proud that our son Alfonso graduated from Continental Academy's PACE program. Alfonso has had his challenges as a young man and an adult male. However, the seven months he spent working online on the PACE program was a positive and huge growth point in our lives. Continental had the talent and time to work with Alfonso to help him bring about a successful experience in his life. Thumps up to Continental Academy.

A friend of mine had a job opening at a good hotel. The job required that I show proof that I graduated from high school however, I didn't have the proof. With Continentan Academy I was able to land the job. I can now see why having a diploma is so important.

Thank God for Continental Academy. My son was always having some kind of missteps in high school. Continental Academy is a blessing. It took him around a year to finish, but they were very considerate of his needs and ways. Well, now he is working full time at DMV!

As a public school teacher of 32 years, I'm impressed with Continental Academy. In life, you get what you pay for! My son finished the program in six months. Their curriculum is well structured, focused, and the technology is student friendly. What impressed me the most was the degree of involvement the Academy has in the student's progress and daily school activities. Thumbs up for Continental Academy!

Be careful using this school. My son took their classes to get high school diploma on time for his age, because he was held back in third grade. He graduated last year. After alot of research and speaking with Continental Academy, they assured me it would be accepted at colleges. He wants a career in Firefighting. He went through all of the classes and courses and passed with flying colors. The Fire department said he was first on the list to hire, but could not because they will not accept the diploma. He has also found out that most colleges will not accept it. He will have to get GED now. So, he did not get hired. All that money and now my son is suffering due to their negligence.
