    My son attended 6-8. Overall I think it was a good school! There is still a lot of drama happening between the students, but I do feel like that was a small part of the ever day life there. I saw lots of positive changes in the three years my son attended to bring the focus back to learning.

    the teachers were okay, but obviously stressed. the kids were soooo disrespectful, i was threatened multiple times, people had thrown tables and chairs in classrooms multiple times in my three years there. the school can't really do anything to fix the behavior problems.

    My daughter attended this school last year, and I will home school her before I send her back. It was a terrible experience. Children were removed from class every day in every period for their behavior. Not an exaggeration. My daughter was threatened with violence more than once, "I'll stab you if you don't give me the answers." Who can learn in that environment? My daughter was consistently at the top of her class doing very little work and even less learning. I could go on, but the bottom line is this school is one of the worst in the state for a reason.
