Stay clear from this school!!!!! The best way to picture the dynamics is to compare it to the scene in Mean Girls when the school turns into a jungle. This school is poorly ran, the current principal and higher up staff are a joke for lack of better word. There are fights every single day, horrible behavioral problems with the students and little to no action from staff. My child has had so many issues in this school and the staff is non-responsive until you're pretty much cussing them out. This school is a mess! Unless you have absolutely no other options do not send you child here!

I didn’t like this school right from the poorly organized orientation day. The staff seem impatient and unhappy. I was very supportive of the teachers’ strike hopeful that improvements in their work conditions would lead to improvements overall. I was wrong. My son’s graduation ceremony was today and it was a huge disappointment all around. Families with elderly guests standing in line outside in the hot sun (thank God it wasn’t raining) while students were herded to and fro in confusion. There was no reason to keep everyone outside except poor planning and a need to control adults as if they were children. I felt like the school staff were just dealing with all the graduation guests rather than relating to anyone. We were not referred to as family, but rather as caregivers. Strangely cold. When chairs ran out we were offered the floor to sit on. Not what people were expecting who showed up in dress clothes with flowers and balloons for their grads. Did the staff need support and volunteers to help make the event what the grads and their families deserve it to be? Why didn’t the staff reach out to make it happen? I left the “celebration” feeling like I had caused a problem for just being there.

This school has a wonderful staff, however it is very poorly run! In fact a lot of really good teachers have left in the last few years. They have huge behavior problems and need lots of help with getting test scores up and kids actually learning. It could have been a great school.
