I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone . No protection for the children. Not class controlled. Teachers talk about students and parent in front of student. My child has never hated school until she attended this one. This school needs to be under investigation. Teachers can care less on if your child is learning or not.

I would give a 1/2 star if I could. My child attended River Trail since he was in k-4. I removed my child in the middle of the 4th grade because the assistant principal told me that he could not guarantee my child's safety in school, after my child was attacked by two students (a sister and brother team). The original principal retired and the new one would promise to do things and then not do them. the female teachers would spend time trying to get the children to like them personally over teaching the required material. several times the teachers would tell my child that he did not need certain course topics. only to have each of those topics tested for during the first few weeks of the next year. I am so glad that I found workbooks on those topics, and taught my children at home. The male teachers at River Trail, piled on the school work and home work so much that my child ended up totally prepared for the next grade and loving school & learning. I never had to buy one workbook, when my child had a male teacher. like parents, teachers are not the child's friend

Loved the school for the first 2 year's now cannot stand it. The bully kids get away with stuff teasing and hitting other kids when teachers are told nothing happens. Son will NOT be back next year.

This is my first year sending my children to this school. I do not like it at all!! The children are horrible; from elementary to middle. Some of the teachers have an "I don't care" attitude, some office staff is extremely rude. Fights on busses, profanity, it's just to much! My children will not be back for a second year.

This school is horrible i cant believe the children bullying and cussing and fights like there in gangs! trust me this school is not right anymore!

This is my first year at river trail and i heard that they just started to switch classes but it is fake because they don't have lockers and the students have to carry the own supplies and books but they have music gym and art thou and there are a lot of fights on the middle school side and some students bully on bus in the gym and in the art room
