My child's teacher repeatedly tries to tell me how to parent, which is a big overstep on her part. At our conference she accused my husband of spoiling our child by not telling our child no. She didn't ask for any background information before she went on her power trip. She then shamed me for not signing my child up for extracurricular activities 2 weeks after her conference. This is a title 1 school, parents in this area do not always have extra money to drop on extracurriculars at the drop of the hat. My child has ADHD and the teacher is unable to support my child in the way she needs. I've contacted the assistant principal twice to request a meeting to discuss my concerns, and I have not received a response. This school is title 1 for a reason.

Riley school is very helpful to me in getting my son focused and ready for the school day. He has issues that keep him from wanting to go to school and most days he refuses but the staff and teachers at Riley do a great job at getting him to calm down and participate.
