- Submitted by parent on April 12, 2017I believe that the staff at Kirk Elementary do not know how to handle children with disabilities. They do not offer the appropriate assistance/help, nor do they try. It's a disappointment to see some of the responses I receive from this school. Out of all the things I have tried, what sticks out the most, is my child's teacher picking on him continually because she does not like that he taps his foot, or talks the work out to himself. If they offered appropriate assistance to the children, this would not be an issue.
