    We think our daughter receives a great education at at MHS. The teachers are highly-skilled and the school has many resources and extracurricular activities. She has done very well on her college entrance exams and plans to go to a top college. I question this site's rating system if it does not give this wonderful school and community a great rating.

    MIddlesboro High School is a great school. They have a strong program for college bound students which successfully prepares them to compete for college admission nationwide. The school focuses on supporting and accademically challenging less fortunate students as well. Traditionally, MHS has been viewed as one of the best high schools in Eastern Kentucky.

    Our children do well and thrive at Middlesboro High School. The educators and the supportive community help the student exceed and train them to compete in the larger world. We try to focus our children on academics, however, the school's sports and arts programs are wonderful, too. The Middlesboro community is fortunate to have such an historical and proud instituion to educate its youth.
