Not a terrible experience, but certainly not the best. Met a lot of bad people. Apparently they stop holding your files after 2 years of graduating. So don’t misplace your diploma, or move out of state with out it because they will not help you. Really do wonder where all that tuition money goes. Nothing is up to code in the school building. No central air conditioning. Blown out windows. Dilapidated wooden football bleachers, that I once watched a peer fall through.

be aware the football coach may not be the greatest. lots of kids got knocked out during games. not good for future of student athletes.

My daughter is in this school for the learning center and she started as a freshman. I have had no issues with the teachers or the school work. The school's communication skills are quite lacking, but otherwise, we love it!

As with all schools, there is good and bad - the learning center did help my daughter with her classes and the small class size was a plus. But, we also learned with small class sizes there are cliques who do not accept new kids who didn't start this school with them in grade school. Also, the girls athletic program is a JOKE. There is a female coach that belittles players, and is very negative to the girls. It seems she is burned out. I have seen girls in the middle of games - while on the court looking at their mom, almost in tears saying "I hate her." As the coach puts them down during games. There is little to no parent involvement in the upper school and the first school my kids went to with out a PTA or PTO or Athletic boosters in the upper school. The facility is in poor condition and it seems the family that runs the school tries to do everything but very little gets accomplished. If your child doesn't start there in elementary school, than you are an outsider. Very sad - wish there was more interaction with the parents, teachers etc.. This school could be much better than what it is.

This is a small school where the students definitely get one on one attention with their teacher. Because it's such a small school every teacher knows every child no matter what grade their in even the PreK-2. My experience so far has been so wonderful and I couldn't ask for a better education for my child. By the time my child exit Kindergarten, they were reading and writing. They will also work with you as much as possible with finances and always receive an email or phone call if I have any concerns. Thank you Ecole for everything!

My experience was terrible. The staff had developed a negative bias toward me before I was old enough to understand why. My older siblings attended the school before me, that they had issues with. Obviously they assumed that my behavior would be similar to my siblings (who are nothing like me). Being a shy, introverted child, I took their behavior to heart and shut down. The Principal would make insulting comments directed towards me in class, such as predictions about my future failure in college. Despite the fact that I graduated with a GPA of 1.6, I now have a 4.0 in college, no thanks to Ecole Classique. The staff talks negatively about students and it gets back to parents and the students as well. How can you foster a healthy learning environment with such negative mindsets? The conditions of the school are not the prettiest, but that doesn't impact the learning environment at all. I do wonder where all of the money in tuition goes? I would never send my children here or recommend this school.

This used to be a wonderful school. However, in the last few years it has continuously gotten worse. The teachers are lazy, there is no discipline and no incentives for the kids to succeed. There are no field trips, no fun days, nothing to motivate these kids.

This was a wonderful choice for my daughter. She was at a very large high school where she was just a number. I switched her to Ecole for her Junior and Senior years. She loved it! The faculty is wonderful! The classes are smaller but the kids get the attention they need to learn. All the teachers know the kids very well and are willing to go the extra mile to help them succeed. My daughter was in an accident her senior year. She was out of school for 8 weeks. The principal called me everyday while she was in the hospital. The teachers worked with her to make sure she wouldn't fall too far behind. If she was at any other school, I know she would not have graduated this past May. I highly recommend Ecole Classique!!

We pulled my nephew from AC Alexander and put him here after Thanksgiving. He loves it. He looks forward to going back to school. Parent teacher communication is wonderful. His grades went to A's. The only thing I do not like is the cursing the older students do. I was in the office one day with my nephew who is 10 and some boys came in saying some very bad words and the teachers in the office did not say a word. I do not believe any child, no matter their age, should be allowed to talk like that in school.
