We feel lucky to live within Garfield's boundaries. Our children love the charm of attending the oldest school in the district, right on Medina's square! They have had an outstanding educational experience there. The staff at Garfield have gone above and beyond to form genuine connections with our children and to foster their growth. We are especially thrilled with the social skills being taught through the PBIS program and the cutting edge 21st century learning within the makers space.

We have been a Garfield family for 7 years. I love this school, I love the teacher and leadership. Garfield is a family and the staff their go above and beyond to care for their students. Anytime I have had an issue, I have had immediate response and have always been happy with the conclusion. I can't say enough good things about our school.

My daughter attended this school last year. She was bullied so bad that she missed a full week of school for stomach issues. We took this up with the teacher and principle and they could've cared less. We talked to the teacher and principle multiple times about the issues and the principle pretty much said "oh well." My daughter was bullied over her clothes, which are bought at Justice. The school never holds conferences or sends interim reports home. They never have homework. Needless to say, I switched my daughter to Northrop and we are extremely happy there.
