This school is horrible the teachers are rude and gossip about the students and do favoritsm and the kids are horrible and crazy and rude there was a dead mouse in a classroom too the principle does nothing about hitting and bullying I’ve been hit twice and in the ER once and nothing was done the math teacher would be rude on purpose in front of me knowing i was new and didn’t ever go to a catholic school and didn’t know to bow at mass there’s not even any food served

As a mother of an alumna and a current student, I couldn’t be more pleased with what St. Joseph School has done for my girls. The amazing students, faculty, and staff make my daughter excited for school every day. My oldest daughter couldn’t have been more prepared for high school when she graduated from St. Joes. Aside from this, there is no better phrase to describe this school than unconditional love. Our community goes through everything as one. The teachers truly love their work and treat their classes like family. Both of my daughters have created bonds at this school that will last a lifetime.

My daughter started preschool at Saint Joseph School last year and I couldn’t be happier. The parent/teacher communication is amazing. My daughter loves the school. The staff (not only her teachers) greet her daily with a smile on their face. The classrooms are always clean, there is a great curriculum (it is not like a daycare), and my daughter made tons of new friends!

Fantastic! My son started in Pre-K and we all love this school and the education he is getting. I love each one of the teachers he had on each class and he wakes up looking forward to go to school everyday.

St. Joseph has some of the best teachers and support groups ever. Every teacher cares about each and every kid and are willing to go the extra mile. My kids have been there 10 years and it's not cliquey but there is a certain mold to fit into. If your kid is a boy and he likes boy things like sports and average boy things he will be fine. If your child likes stuff like comic books , star wars etc they will be fine. There was this kid who on dress down days would wear superhero shirts but people would make fun of him because in their eyes that is something that big kids don't wear. There are the girls who like sports, typical girl stuff etc and if your girl is interested in other things or does not fit the mold she will find her group but the main girls are not mean but they won't really talk to or care about the other girls. Same with boys. Overall mostly everyone finds their group but if your not in the main group and you are not as mainstream or well liked you are left with the people that are like you and you are not bullied but the main people won't talk to you and will just leave you alone

One of the reasons that I love the school is how diverse it is and I've never experienced bullying from any teachers towards the kids for being different. As far as bullying, unfortunately it happens in ever school and it's not right. God bless and I wish all those angry parents some peace.

Parents should be discouraged from creating groups and picking and choosing who to keep out. Very pathetic and goes against all teachings of a catholic school Not spending money here anymore.

The teachers are amazing, My daughter's education is very important and I feel like I made the right choice. I love the sense of community the school brings. I went to a parents club meeting the my first year and felt immediately welcomed and part of the family.

The school is a great school. The teachers are caring and great with the kids. The moms are unwelcoming and have their clique. Don't try joining the parent club it's run by the same women. My husband and I are seriously thinking of sending our daughter to a different school.

My son attends St. Joseph, I had removed him from public and was accommodated by the principal to let him in half way through the year. It was a easy transition and my son loves being at this school. For the mom who took her kid out for not liking the other parents is a selfish act. It is not a social event it is your childs education get a grip and focus on the good of your child !!!!!

My son is also 5 and we will definitely be sending him back this fall. The staff is caring and warm and we couldn't be happier. I don't understand the previous reviewers comment regarding mom cliques. I have made some wonderful friendships with other parents here. We have been invited to countless birthday parties and playdates. Most parents give the invites to the teacher to put in every child's folder. I also am not aware of any parents who run the classrooms. The teachers are in charge and they're great. I was new to Medford and made a blind choice to send my son here and am so glad I did.

I tried to like this school but I am removing my daughter next year. The mothers here are completely unwelcoming. It's a clique where they only allow 'certain' moms to join. It's ridiculous, it's like high school! My daughter tries to make friends but she never gets invited to parties or homes. She was very emotional one day and told me how much her feelings were hurt because she never gets invited and she is only 5!!! As loving and polite as she is and it breaks my heart. I've tried but they completely ignore me. I don't care how great the program or school is when there are parents like this running the classrooms. No wonder there is so much bullying in schools and it all starts from the parents.
