Small classes, dedicated teachers, strong community support, the students and faculty are very accepting of challenged students. As for quality of education- examine their yearly evaluations among the county, the state and the nation. Also, see the results of standardized testing. These are above average. Administration is very accessible and friendly. Since this is the South, yes, occasionally a footballer gets a scholarship to a major university. And, the cafeteria is famous for their soup day - the kids love it!

Mckenzie High School is a terrific school. Both my daughters attend Mckenzie, my oldest daughter is currently a senior and my youngest is a Junior and they both love the school.. The teachers take the time with students to make sure they are learning and are on track. and the school takes so much pride in what they have and have amazing school spirit... I LOVE BEING A MCKENZIE TIGER!!

Principal and staff are great. They really care about the students and their learning. Their is no tolerence for bullying either. Great athletic coaching also.
