    I am a former student of Mayfield High School. This school is very sports oriented, it may not be intentional, but it is not recognized by the administrative staff at the school. The administration at this school ignores feedback from teachers and students, as they believe that they know best, when they do not. The administration uses cookie cutter ideas proven successful from other school districts and implements them at this school with no adaptation to suit the school and it’s differences. This school is unique, it has a lot of tradition and diversity, the educators at the school are good, but are being restricted due to arbitrary procedures and guidelines set by administration. This is referring to the most administration for when this was written in January of 2021

    I loved my high school experience at MHS. Great teachers, great academics, great band, great sports, great enthusiasm. Such an encouraging and loving staff!!!
