Previously went here, teachers are creeps and talk about their students like they're objects. Awful accomedations for special needs students, the bathrooms are always smoked up, and everyone is miserable.

Anyone who recommends this school clearly works there!! The teachers are the only thing holding this school up! The administration at this particular school is a joke. The principal is incompetent and it’s sad this large of a student body is being led by someone who’s ability to lead and manage is on par with a 6th grade student. The people leading this school clearly never left highschool and the decisions and choices made by them make this obvious!!! This school caters to bullies and those in popular social circles and leaves troubled students, underprivileged and special needs kids by the way side. Adults that bully are an embarrassing addition to our nice community. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves for failing these kids with your inability to lead. Every other school in this district has their stuff together, why is this one the only one failing? For the main middle school in this city I hope the higher ups do some major consideration in the replacing the higher ups here. The teachers here are more qualified to run this school than the people in the office. Come on Marquette you can do so much better. We have such a nice city and So many kids here being failed here at this crucial age.

the math teacher loves kids and during lunch makes his move and shows no fear he was pled guilty and is also free but was rehired watch out he Is a menace for baby-making.

Overall I think Bothwell Middle School provides students with a positve learning atmosphere. The counselors are truly caring people and are there for the best interest of the children. Most of the teachers have been attentive and genuinly care about the children's education. The no-bullying policy is taken very seriously and I feel my child is safe when going to school daily. The special education / 504 policies could be better. Teacher / Parent conact is limited even in an IEP or 504. I'm sure this is because of limited staffing to the number of students. My child has succeeded at Bothwell but a child who struggles more than mine may have trouble with the limited one on one help. Bothwell, overall, is a good school. I would not have a problem recommending Bothwell to a family.
