I have never been so misinformed and judged anywhere in my entire life. I'm from a small rural community and moving here was hard enough. Not to mention the harassment from students,fights,bullying,and blatant rude remarks to my child. She is 3 times above average,and is seldomly reminded of these qualities. She has not been given extra opportunities to advance,or given special resources to seek extra opportunities. I'm gonna go as far as to say this school has broken my childs self esteem,charisma,and her spirit. I hope that something changes soon,for the rest of the children that actually love school and want to succeed.

We are very disapointed with this school. Our daughter came here in 2nd grade and is now in 3rd. On open house nights, both years all the teachers talked about what discipline. Clipping off charts or being in "the red" if you were bad. They didn't discuss what they were teaching at all. That's because they aren't teaching anything! In 3rd grade one of my daughter's vocabulary words was the letter "I". Seriously...the letter I. No challenges at all. If your child has a behavioral issue or learning disability, this school is for you as that 's what her classroom was full of. The teacher told me she didn't have the resources to challenge my daughter with more work and she was bored in class with what was given. Nothing was done about it. The other 3rd grade teacher was overheard by the students saying she hated her job. Most people do lady, but you don't say that where your students can hear you. The new principal that took over won't let the kids talk at lunch and the PTA money that was collected for new playground equipment was spent on Google Chrome books because that's what the tests that determine school funding are going to be given on. This school is a joke.
