    Revolving door syndrome. We have had multiple principals in a short span leaving no time to develop a positive culture. Covid has taken its toll on a school already stripped of many resources. I would say it’s increased the achievement gap as well. Special education resources haven’t impressed. Behavior has warranted more resources and intervention and lessened learning time. They have some amazing teachers here doing the best they can. I pray they can develop some consistency and right the ship.

    Emerald is a brand-new state of the art school with lots of technology built into the curriculum. The staff is excellent and always willing to go the extra mile for our kids. We have been so happy with everything about this school. There are lots of after school opportunities for the kids. The school even won state recognition for all they are doing for reducing bullying and having good reading scores.
