    The best elementary school in Mandan! The principal is an outstanding leader and the teachers are passionate about seeing their students succeed. They are so great about sharing moments of pride they see within your child – their good behaviors and achievements; and they know the importance of getting the parents involved should an issue arise, and do it in a very respectful, approachable manner.

    Absolutely the worst school for native American families you are just looked down on and your children suffer because of there heritage

    This was my elementary school, this school it just made my life so much better, the teachers are wonderful! Mrs. Nagel, the 5th grade teacher, was great at hands on projects that included all of us we had a blast.

    My name is Vincent, and I used to go the CES when I was tiny, and I loved it! While I don't remember much, I remember there were days like Ugly Tie Day, Backwards Day, and I remember the school anthem..... "Custer School is great, it is so much fun, it makes learning fun for everyone. I will stand by my school being proud as can be for Custer Elementary!"
