Some of the teachers at the Middle School could take a lesson in being a little more mature. Sometimes they are also to harsh with their words, Couldn't hurt for them to take a lesson in common sense.

Bad when the school district protects a wrestling student over the child that the wrestling student is bullying!!! My son gets picked on every day by this wrestling student, and even receives a more severe punishment than the wrestling student! WHY?? Because the wrestling student is more valuable than my child apparently. I went to the teachers, the assistant principle, the principle and even the super, to no avail! Their policy is that if your child does not meet the top 10% of students who are willing to learn, then they ignore them and pass them on through with the NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND act! Imagine that! My child went from passing grades to failing grades because he is being bullied. He has even came home saying that he wishes that he was never born, he wanted to hurt himself, and his aggression has escilated this year because of it!!! I am completely at loss as to how to get through this!

For the most part the school is okay. You see alot of the problems you would expect to see in a small rural school. I feel like most of the teachers seem disinterested in my students. One made it almost all the way through a school year without her three teachers knowing she was ADD even though it was in her file. I don't look forward to parent teacher conferences with my older child because even though he's above average his teachers rarely have a positive word. Unmotivated teachers create unmotivated students.
