After each day the students are given a study time to finish their homework. Being studious is not an option, there is an environment of learning that pushes the students to excel. The staff is friendly, the students are also friendly and for a small school it is making big strides with SAT average scores 300 points above the highest public schools. Not a cheap school, but if you factor college costs and the scholarship opportunities, It is a bargain.

This school has great potential and could be rated a great school. However, with recent administration and staff changes I fear parents confidence is shaken. Academically it's a strong school especially the Math Dept. but could use a stronger Science Dept. Socially it's wonderful with practically zero bullying and students seem to really support one another. My hope is that the leadership will take great care in planning the next few years to ensure that this good school will become a great one.

Our three kids went to STMA and all excelled academically and in extracurricular activities. I'd recommend it to any parent wanting to give their child a better education. The teachers there have been nothing short of exceptional and attentive. Year after year, the kids get accepted at top-notch colleges and military academies. With the recent changing of the school principal, I see even better things in the STMA future.

I have been profoundly disappointed with Saint Thomas More. My child has some special needs and the teachers and administration has done nothing to partner with me to help my child be successful. For an expensive, small, private institution, I have been shocked at the utter lack of individual attention they show to students. In my experience, teachers have no interest in putting in any additional effort to assist a student in being successful. Administration is apathetic at best and downright rude at worst. I could not be more profoundly disappointed with this school, the teachers and the administration.

I attended STM and socially it was great. The administration does need to look at students behavior because I feel a group of students are involved in "sketchy" activities, especially in the parking lots and bathrooms.Random checks need to be implemented.Academics are fine.

My son is going to STMA. He love the school and the teachers challenge him to get better everyday. Great young school.
