My son has a 3.9 GPA studying engineering at Auburn. Lowndes Academy prepared him very well both mentally and physically through it's sports program.

I attended a sports event at this school. I loved the environment all the parents and students were well mannered and clean cut. I liked the community and the school. It seemed old school , like the way I was raised in the 70's.

My experience at Lowndes Academy was, in every way, poor. First and foremost, my level of education was severely lacking upon graduation. I made all A’s and B’s yet when I arrived at college, I quickly found that I was missing what most other students considered basic knowledge. Even introductory classes were a struggle because of the poor standards at Lowndes Academy. It’s no wonder why most LA graduates either drop out of college, or don’t even bother going in the first place. They all seem content to never better themselves, an attitude instilled into students at Lowndes Academy.
