As a community member, my interactions with the school and its staff have always been pleasant with a positive outcome. I started with the office staff and they were great.

It's a small community and usually people knew each other here. We send our child for transition kindergarten. Our child seems to have trouble with the transition from her attending her daycare to a school. I had to explain to the teacher that it was the transition from going to a daycare to a school. I can see that they lack encouragement for kids. As a teacher for kindergarten i think you really need to have a lot of it. Kindergarten is for kids attending to a school for the first time. It comes to a point that instead of talking it out with the child, they just assumed and never asked just to have just to have a reason for the parent to pick up the child earlier. (Which i the mom have to get off work early bcoz the assumed and didn't ask my child what happened) The 10th day they were already suggesting to have her in a 1pm dismissal. My child is really excited for this school and im really disappointed how they dont want to work it out with the parents. Because as far as we know we trying our best to work it out whenever we get home with our child. By their means of working it out as well , will affect my job.

I've had 2 kids go through this wonderful school, they graduated and went on to King City High School. They have both now graduated from college with Bachelor degrees, San Antonio school gave them a great educational foundation.

I love this little school. I have two children who attend, they are learning academically. Every student has a chrome book that they use in the classroom. 6th -8th grade switch classes to get them ready for high school. They have an awesome science class that does a lot of hands on learning... The class raised trout and released them into a local river. The Teacher's and staff are always welcoming and take great care of our children.

I love our little school. My child is learning academically and emotionally. Discipline has been an area of growth and in my opinion has improved. I have more children I definitely plan on sending to this school in the future.

I couldn't be happier with this school, the entire staff and the administration. My child's teacher is engaging and compassionate. Not only that, but every teacher and staff member within the school, including the Principal, knows my child by name and makes a point to engage with her as well. I feel my daughter is doing well in her academic endeavors and is well prepared for the years ahead. I'm so happy we moved our family to Lockwood so that our children could attend this school.

Parents, do all you can to avoid sending your children here. The leadership does not care about the academic development of the children. They are check collectors who simply check boxes. There is no passion for our children.

All students have chromebooks. The small school atmosphere promotes one on one teaching. There are good teachers. New signage. New superintendent. All adds up to a good school.
